Review of Raw Carrot & Zucchini with Baked Tofu Salad at Kitchen by Food Rebel by vikas

I thought this was an outstanding dish! The carrots and zucchini were cut and cooked perfectly for just the right amount of bite while the peanut sauce was delicious. Served on a bed of organic tofu and greens. I'm a fan!
