Soup ramen with smoky soy 'beef', corn kernels, cress microgreens, and beansprouts. 🍜🍖🌽 The broth infused with garlic oil was not bad taste-wise; personally would have liked it to be creamier and richer to resemble typical tonkotsu soup more closely! Great way to sample their unique housemade gyoga! 🥟🥟🥟 Pretty pink beetroot tofu dumplings, 'meaty' (reminiscent of pork?) dumplings with lotus root and mustard, as well as mushroom tofu dumplings with shiso leaves. 🫜🍄‍🟫 Rather greasy since they were fried, but impressive in taste, and that's saying a lot considering the amount of vegan dumplings I've eaten to date ahaha. 🙈 (+€2.60 add-on to business lunch set weekdays 12-3pm) #vegangermany #berlin #japanesefood #minorityowned

A hearty and favourful Japanese wholegrain rice bowl mixed with beans for added crunch and nutrition. 🍛🫘 Featuring housemade crispy sesame-encrusted tempura korekke croquettes, with a ridiculously delicious umami filling! The curry was warm and aromatic, with shiitake mushrooms as well as chunks of carrot and potato. 🍄‍🟫🥕🥔 Came with a side salad too. 🥗 Honestly found this the best among all the items I tried and would highly recommend this! Basil green soup ramen topped with shredded vegan cheese, soy 'chicken' (personally wasn't such a fan of the mock meat aftertaste), bamboo shoots, cress microgreens, beansprouts, cabbage, and baby corn. 🍜🧀🥬🌽 This innovative East-meets-West fusion combination of ingredients sounded strange but kinda worked since pesto sauce typically contains basil leaves and cheese. Questi ramen erano serviti con brodo di miso, salsa al sesamo, macinato vegano, mais (tanto mais), germogli di soia, crescione e olio al peperoncino. È il piatto ordinato dal mio compagno, che lo ha apprezzato anche se avrebbe tolto volentiero ogni singolo chicco di mais 😅 a me invece non è piaciuto molto, la fake meat aveva un sapore troppo forte ed era un pò troppo piccante per i mieo standard. Il brodo era sapido il giusto. Nella formula business lunch in questo piatto non c'è nessuna verdura, che però compare nello stesso piatto del menù serale, in compensl viene servita una tazza di tè caldo insieme al piatto (anche se abbiamo dovuto chiederla un paio di volte prima che ci fosse effettivamente servita). 🗓 settembre '24 - € 13,00

Confortevole localino arredato stile izakaya dove offrono un menù ad un prezzo vantaggioso per la pausa pranzo settimanale, in una zona poco vegan friendly della città. Questi ramen erano serviti con brodo di miso, bocconcini di pollo vegano, mais (tanto mais), germogli di soia e crescione. Nella versione business lunch in questo piatto non c'è nessuna verdura, che invece compare nello stesso piatto se ordinato dal menù serale, e confesso di averne sentito la mancanza. Purtroppo il fake pollo non mi è piaciuto molto, riprova del fatto che spesso è il caro vecchio tofu a darmi ancora le soddisfazioni maggiori, ma il piatto nel suo insieme è stato comunque appagante. Il brodo era sapido il giusto. Avrei certamente messo meno mais 🙃 Nella formula business lunch viene servita una tazza di tè caldo insieme al piatto (anche se abbiamo dovuto chiederla un paio di volte prima che ci fosse effettivamente servita). 🗓 settembre '24 - € 13,00

Ramen delizioso da Shisomen-Vegan Ramen! Ho apprezzato moltissimo il brodo di miso, un gusto delizioso. Molto particolare anche la “carne” vegana utilizzata, non mi ha fatto impazzire ma devo ammettere che ricordava molto il gusto originale. Il ristorante si trova a metà strada tra la porta di Brandeburgo e Potsdamer Platz, quindi in una zona piuttosto centrale. Nonostante questo il locale risulta tranquillo, adatto anche per pranzi di lavoro. 💸 Questo piatto completo ha un costo di 15€. Direi che li vale tutti. Ci si alza da tavola soddisfatti e belli pieni!

El Hiyashi Tantan Ramen 🍜 me sorprendió gratamente con toda la combinación de sabores. Este plato vegano es ligeramente picante, incluso un poco bastante. Por lo que si no toleras bien el picante mejor evitalo. La salsa ponzu tiene ese toque cítrico junto con la carne picada es una mezcla perfecta.
