Vegan Duck Ramen

Soup ramen featuring chewy seitan 'duck meat', which I think might have tasted better if they had been sliced more thinly. 🍜🍗 Came with a pile of shredded cabbage, leek, and cress microgreens. 🥬 Tbh the soup lacked depth to me, and the 'duck' wasn't particularly impressive to me since such mock meat is commonly available in Asia, but this seemed to a popular item at the eatery.
