This was such a flavorful “burger”! It had Anaheim chile, caramelized onions, guacamole, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo. It was a tiny bit spicy but the Anaheim chili was sweet so it balanced out. The tempeh patty was also well seasoned, though next time I’d get a double patty since it was a little thin. Can’t wait to the the other burgers! #tempeh #burger

The flavor on these fries was killer! They were very well seasoned, crispy, and super warm. The chili on top was a little spicy and the scoop of crack “cheese” made it creamy. This cold pasta salad had a really good flavor overall. It was a bit smokey and the bits of seitan weren’t too chewy (they reminded me of a ham texture actually). I just didn’t love the whole wheat pasta - it’s always a little rough to me. I’m an unhealthy white pasta type of gal 😜 #pasta

I picked this out from their bakery section because it was so cute and beautiful and it was amazing. The crust was buttery and doughy, and the apple filling was really refreshing (the large slices of apple added a tiny bit of crunch). I warmed it up at home and paired it with some salted caramel ice cream and OMG what a dessert. #dessert #apple

This panini absolutely hit the spot. It was filled with avocado, melted cheese, caramelized onions, sriracha mayo on levain bread. The avocado was great, I had never had that on a panini before! The onions made it though. A few slices of jalapeño for some extra spice would be killer on this. #panini #sandwich

This sandwich was so good!! It was similar to a sub. It was filled with thinly sliced crispy seitan filets (amazing & super flavorful and not chewy at all), avocado, cilantro, house-pickled jalapeños, finely shredded cabbage, tomato, onion, Chupacabra sauce on a toasted torpedo roll. I would definitely get this again and ask for extra sauce next time it was so good!

I’m catching up on all my food reviews and I think this sandwich is the Cubano. Here’s the description from the restaurant: “Slow-roasted warm citrus and garlic seitan, mayo, mustard, cabbage, tomato, pickle, onion on a toasted torpedo roll.” Their seitan is absolutely amazing. I ate half the sandwich for dinner and saved the other half for lunch the next day on a hike. It held up well and was just as delicious. I suggest visiting Chef Tanya’s restaurant in Palm Desert. It has takeout items and a retail store. Very inviting and enjoyable. #vegansandwich #seitan #lettuce
