Smoked Chicken Pasta Salad

This cold pasta salad had a really good flavor overall. It was a bit smokey and the bits of seitan weren’t too chewy (they reminded me of a ham texture actually). I just didn’t love the whole wheat pasta - it’s always a little rough to me. I’m an unhealthy white pasta type of gal 😜 #pasta
