Smoked Chicken Pasta Salad at Chef Tanya's Kitchen - Palm Desert — Sarah's Review (Sep 16, 2023)

This cold pasta salad had a really good flavor overall. It was a bit smokey and the bits of seitan weren’t too chewy (they reminded me of a ham texture actually). I just didn’t love the whole wheat pasta - it’s always a little rough to me. I’m an unhealthy white pasta type of gal 😜
