This dish was served at a Hub and Soul weekly concert series so I don't know if it is on their regular menu. **NOTICE** you have to tell them to hold the feta cheese. Ingredients: Roasted Eggplant & Zucchini in Roasted Tomato Sauce, Served Over Basmati Rice & Microgreens. I rated the taste about a three star but it ended up being a very filling meal. I like the fact this is a farm to table business.

This avocado toast is perfect! The sharp crunchiness of the bread forces you to slow down to eat it or pay the consequences in your mouth and gum line LOL! Ingredients: Avocado, chili flakes, pickled red onion, zaatar+sea salt on thick cut toast.
