Ratatouille at Hub Cafe — quadantics's Review (Sep 11, 2020)

This dish was served at a Hub and Soul weekly concert series so I don't know if it is on their regular menu.
**NOTICE** you have to tell them to hold the feta cheese.
Ingredients:
Roasted Eggplant & Zucchini in Roasted Tomato Sauce, Served Over Basmati Rice & Microgreens.
I rated the taste about a three star but it ended up being a very filling meal. I like the fact this is a farm to table business.
