Organic and vegan restaurant in Groningen. The salad was really good. My brother ordered it and I tried some. I have never had Burmese tofu (tofu made out of chickpea flour). It is a little softer than tofu. The salad contains: homemade Burmese tofu, endive, white cabbage, arugula, carrot, pomegranate, pepper, cucumber, seeds and a garden herb mayonnaise. The Herbivoor is a bit pricy, but the portions were large. The restaurant is cozy and the people are very nice. #salad #chickpeaflour #tofu #carrot #cabbage #groningen #herbivore
