Review of Gebakken Burmese-tofusalade met tuinkruidenmayonaise at De Herbivoor by frendssnotfood

The salad was really good. My brother ordered it and I tried some. I have never had Burmese tofu (tofu made out of chickpea flour). It is a little softer than tofu. The salad contains: homemade Burmese tofu, endive, white cabbage, arugula, carrot, pomegranate, pepper, cucumber, seeds and a garden herb mayonnaise.
