choyyuen Hi, can you get king oyster mushrooms or oyster mushrooms over there? They have meaty texture. Very delicious and healthy. I use king oyster mushrooms to make vegan "scallops", and oyster mushrooms can be made into vegan "chicken" strips. 😃Reply
