
i swear to god, this literally shocked me, revived me and gave me life in 1 fell swoop ☺️ before i became vegetarian 6 years ago, #bakchormee / 肉脞面 / minced pork noodle 🍜 literally was 1 of my favorites and probably the hardest thing for me to let go… i swear i had this like almost every single day because it was salty, savoury, umami, sour, spicy basically it was a flavour bomb 💣 while i have found great alternatives, this MUST be the closest like 95% closeness to what i had years ago!!! shocked me to thinking i was actually eating meat and i got all paranoid 🤯 the noodles have a bouncy and #chewy texture, perfectly cooked, AMAZINGLY #seasoned to perfection with the minced “meat”, #mushroom, vinegar and vegetables 🥬🍄 YOU MUST TRY THIS 💚💚💚
