Review of Yong Tau Foo at Choo Zai Zhai Vegetarian 自在齋素食 by herbimetal

I enjoyed this so much the last time I had it again! I ended up with 10 ingredients plus noodles 😅 I realise that the beancurd sheets, eggplant, Yong tau foo fish cake and tofu are fried, making them very oily albeit tasty so my choices weren't the healthiest. Skipping most of the mock meat this round, I enjoyed it more.
