I have a soft spot for bak chor mee and it isn't so common to find veg versions of it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use tofu for the mince instead of mock meat. This tastes nice and is more natural. But as tofu is quite soft the texture and taste wasn't so obvious. Nice sauce and mushrooms. This cost $4 and is a good #comfortfood. Really #spoiltforchoice by the array of options at this stall and there are so many vegetarian stalls in this hawker centre. #sgcheapandgood 🍜
