🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Wow!!! What you see here is less than half of all the amazing dishes that Aniba brought out for our special vegan takeover yesterday! So much food and every dish was spectacular! Best part, they’ve now added everything from this special menu created for our abillion community to the regular menu, so anyone can visit and experience some of the best vegan food in Singapore 🇸🇬 Here’s to creating a more vegan world through our beautiful abillion community! Sweet mother of #zaatar 🤩 That #matbucha combo was phenomenal! 🙌 I’m certain there was anise in that mix too! It was lovely to see @m1tch9i drool all over it considering she isn’t usually a fan of #tomatoes 🍅 or #bellpeppers 🫑 This is the kind of #focaccia I’m talking about 🥖 Crispy, crunchy, and full of flavour! Had I not been eating with others, and others with varying degrees of hygine, I would’ve fully dug my hands into this 🤭 Leave eating bread with cutlery for my grandmother! The #tahini was unbelievable creamy too 🚏 I ought to start fried okra to mine as well! At S$29 for this serving and everything else I’ve had at this restaurant, my biggest takeaway is a renewed inspiration for how I ought to up my home cooking 🤗

Ramadan came early this year 🤭 Bold choice to serve this typically sweet “pancake” / “dumpling” as a savoury main 🥟 They even stuffed it with #mushroom and #pinenuts 🍄 True to #qatayef / #katayef it still had a sweet dusting of flavour on the outside. No clue what it was though 😋 Not unlike the dip it was served with — A cashew #miso cream 🥜 It actually paired really well with the sweet #savoury pockets. For S$48 though, it does not taste up to class. The menu is vague with “garden vegetables” but we’re had a serving of fennel, cauliflower, red radish, what might’ve been ginkgo, and some cabbage 🥬 I guess it changes time to time, but it was all pretty decent 🕰️
