My omni husband had two tacos, one of which was this vegan pineapple one. He was so impressed with both his tacos! They were massive and stuffed with delicious fillings. This one had soy “beef,” red cabbage, pineapple salsa, jalapeño, and cilantro. He let me try this one and I would definitely go back to get my own 😋

I loooved this salad! It had so many things I love: greens, carrot, hummus, avocado, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, hemp hearts, and lemon tahini dressing. You also have the option to add chikk’n or marinated tofu - I went with the former and it was 👌 Great serving size, great flavours, awesome nutrition. I would gladly return to try more at this spot!

This is my favorite entree from the poyo + sprout. First of all you have to order this option without cheese and sour cream to make it vegan, there is an option for vegan cheese but I personally find it quite tasty without the cheese options. You can choose between putting beans as the protein or TVP or half and half personally my choice is to use beans. The enchilada sauce is absolutely amazing. This is the dish I get 80% of the time I eat poyo + the sprout.

I bought this from the Urban market 1919 in St.John's but it was made by the poyo + the sprout restaurant they just are a vendor for their restaurant . It cost $15.99 at urban market. The sandwich tasted absolutely delicious and totally surpassed the expectations I had for it when I bought it. I would recommend trying it if your looking for a vegan sandwich, if you go to the sprout and buy it you'll have to veganize it based off what I see on their menu.

This dish was absolutely delicious, the hummus is one of the best I've ever tasted. It costs $7.70 and has sliced bell peppers, carrots, broccoli and molasses multigrain baguette. It's a healthy choice that you won't regret buying if your a fan of hummus. All of the veggies and bread was fresh and tasty.

#smallbusiness I found out about this vegetarian restaurant a couple nights ago. The only things on the menu that are not vegan are sour cream and cheese, which can easily be omitted were substituted with homemade cashew cheese. For this poutine , I substituted the cashew cheese for the cheese. The poutine was very filling, but of course, I had to have it with a sandwich. It was filled with delicious, nutritious and clean ingredients. Refer to the second photo. I love how it has non-traditional ingredients for that healthy kick. I will definitely go back to this place when I return to St John’s.

For this sandwich, I opted for the hummus instead of the Brie or cheddar cheese (both of which were not vegan) and chose the sriracha “mayo” instead of the basil “mayo” (both of which are vegan). The sandwich was incredibly fresh, and filled with delicious, nutritious and clean ingredients. Refer to the second photo. I will definitely go back to this place when in St John’s again.

This taco is already vegan and filled with delicious, nutritious and clean ingredients. The second photo lists the ingredients. “TVP” on the menu stands for “textured vegetable protein”. I’ll be there again tomorrow.
