I found out about this vegetarian restaurant last night after dinner. The only things on the menu that are not vegan are sour cream and cheese, which can easily be omitted were substituted with homemade cashew cheese. For this taco, I substituted the cashew cheese for the sour cream. The taco is filled with delicious, nutritious and clean ingredients. Refer to the second photo. I will definitely go back to this place.
