Bravocado Sandwich (veganized)

I bought this from the Urban market 1919 in St.John's but it was made by the poyo + the sprout restaurant they just are a vendor for their restaurant . It cost $15.99 at urban market. The sandwich tasted absolutely delicious and totally surpassed the expectations I had for it when I bought it. I would recommend trying it if your looking for a vegan sandwich, if you go to the sprout and buy it you'll have to veganize it based off what I see on their menu.

The only things on the menu that are not vegan are sour cream and cheese, which can easily be omitted were substituted with homemade cashew cheese. For this sandwich, I opted for the hummus instead of the Brie or cheddar cheese (both of which were not vegan) and chose the sriracha “mayo” instead of the basil “mayo” (both of which are vegan). The sandwich was incredibly fresh, and filled with delicious, nutritious and clean ingredients. Refer to the second photo. I will definitely go back to this place when in St John’s again.
