I found out about this vegetarian restaurant a couple nights ago. The only things on the menu that are not vegan are sour cream and cheese, which can easily be omitted were substituted with homemade cashew cheese. For this sandwich, I opted for the hummus instead of the Brie or cheddar cheese (both of which were not vegan) and chose the sriracha “mayo” instead of the basil “mayo” (both of which are vegan). The sandwich was incredibly fresh, and filled with delicious, nutritious and clean ingredients. Refer to the second photo. I will definitely go back to this place when in St John’s again.
