Vegan Eggs Benedict...that resembles the real thing...need I say anymore! Such a generous portion size.
Absolutely delicious and very filling with potatoes and choice of 2 additions (e.g spinach, mushroom) that come with the dish.

2 vegan poached eggs doused in hollandaise sauce served on sourdough with spinach and choice
of one topping. These housemade vegan poached eggs are almost legendary in Sydney. I appreciated the effort made by the eatery (a non-vegan eatery no less), and the eggs looked quite cute. The white had quite a soft texture and was filled with semi-runny yolk. However, I personally found the taste a bit of a letdown, as it didn't taste like egg and was virtually tasteless (no black salt and/or nutritional yeast used maybe?). For the topping, I opted for vegan smoked salmon made using carrots, which looked and tasted exactly like carrot to me, unlike vegan carrot salmon I've eaten in Korea that had a smoked seafood aroma... Came with a side of potato wedges. Overall it was quite original and the presentation was interesting, but it was disappointing in my opinion, perhaps because my expectations had been set too high by all the rave reviews proclaiming this to be the best ever vegan eggs benedict and indistinguishable from the real deal. Not a real egg but wouldn’t blamed you if you were fooled. The vegan egg
is really popular so make sure you go early and support this Indigenous Australian owner business! If you come on a Saturday you can peruse the Glebe Markets nearby
Really tasty, fling and unique. The egg was incredible... very rich and had a nice
tang to it. I had it with the broccolini (which could have been more tender) but you could also get it with vegan bacon/ ham.
Local Cafe, that can Vegan’ise everything.
Super impressed with the “Eggs Benedict”, so real but the
flavour needs a bit more creaminess and lemon zing!

Everything on the menu can be made vegan! Everything is made in-house, including the poached
eggs 😱 so yummy
