Apple and Hazelnut Tart

The tart was nice but it’s mainly just cut apple with crust below. I was hoping for some cream below. Crust with hazelnut was very nice though.

This dish tasted delicious. the mix of apple and hezulnut tastes supprisingly amazing. The pattern on the tart looks beautiful. It inclueds small curved cuts on the apple slices with the glazed hazulnut on it.

THIS WAS SO PRETTY! wished i took a picture of the full tart. the apples were thinly and evenly sliced and sooo yummy! no complaints about this taste wise. however i thought that the crust was a little hard to cut through and some of the crust was stuck to the base. :( #veganisnotscary

Outstanding ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You’re looking at apples finely sliced and put together like a rose poem. This is such a poetic and perfect tart, the crust is slightly salty and the hazelnut paste is not too sweet. It is truly perfection. This was an August special and I hope this makes a comeback on Zerah’s patisserie by Afterglow.
