You’re looking at apples finely sliced and put together like a rose poem. This is such a poetic and perfect tart, the crust is slightly salty and the hazelnut paste is not too sweet.
It is truly perfection. This was an August special and I hope this makes a comeback on Zerah’s patisserie by Afterglow.
