Tofu soya paneer

Bought this brand of tofu from a supermarket nearby. It’s wallet-friendly with about 10g protein per serving of 100g; would buy again.

Does a good job if pre preparation steps such as marination are done properly.

This was another tofu brand that is available nearby. Not my favorite but it's still good. It's a firm tofu n so it'll hold it's shape even if it cooks in gravy for long🎉

I did not have the opportunity to try different brands of tofu in chennai as most of them taste similar - But Zen is commonly available in local grocery stores in chennai - I prefer to buy this because its texture is very good and its very soft - Bought this yesterday and prepared Tofu Scramble with onion and Indian spices masala and bae was like "Is it really tofu or Milk Paneer" - So definitely kudos to this brand 🌿🥰 #veganin2020 #govegan #veganisnotscary
