The Bhaingan was simple and really good. The filling inside the litti balls were made of chickpea flour which would have tasted much better if less chickpea flour was used.

Instead of the regular vegan Cheese they use a spicy dip which is spread across the pizza crust. Tastes very yummy and different as compared to other vegan pizza

Very tasty almost no fat noodles made from Barnyard millet and wheat flour.

Adding additional spices like green chilli does make it very tasty rather than using only the spice mix given.
