I am so happy I found these, for that poached egg taste and experience. I need to figure out a good sauce for it though since the one I made myself I didn’t enjoy that much. So tasty! Doesn’t break accidentally! Easy to cook and eat.

First time I prepared this, I poked it and the "yolk" splattered all over the table, floor and my lap, teaching me to be more careful the second time. Found the texture and flavor impressive. This is comfort food because the nutritional value is low. Didn't realize until I ate the fourth one that a black salt packet is included. #NationalEggDay
My first poached “egg” since going vegan (even well before then, like decades, because even for many years as a vegetarian, I only ate eggs while dining out, and even then, never got poached eggs at a restaurant). I was so excited when reading about this new product because poached eggs was one of my favorite breakfast as a kid. I was expecting to like it, based on others reviews, but I was also expecting the taste to be a little different then real poached egg. I was wrong. This blew me away and made my day! It tastes just like I remember. The look is a bit different, mainly because my poach maker made eggs shorter and flatter. I love poached eggs so much that I still have that little maker, waiting for a vegan version to come out, and the day is finally here! Except all that’s needed to make this is put it in boiling water while frozen, for about 10 min or so. There’s a small packet of black salt to give it a real eggy flavor. A little goes a long way, so any leftover can be used for tofu scramble. It’s not flimsy as real egg. It was easy to lift out with my spatula, and no yolk spilled out until I sliced it open. Honestly I think this is better in preparing then real egg. I used to be bummed out when accidentally overcooking an egg and the yolk firmed up, or the egg breaking too soon. I never liked runny egg whites, but I liked runny yolks, and that’s what this is like. Made with soy protein and chickpea protein. Also provides fiber and a bit of iron. It’s pricey, with just 4 inside and almost $10, but if I can get by with over a decade without this tasty and fulfilling breakfast, I can certainly just enjoy this sparingly and stock up when there’s a sale. I also have a recipe for runny yolks saved for passed couple years, and even got the main ingredient to make it, but never got around to making yet. Now I’m more motivated to make it, being reminded of the taste, but it’s great that I can just get this anytime too without the hassle. #breakfast #eggyolk #poachedegg #noeggs
What kind of sorcery is this?! Hands down, the best vegan eggs out there!!! I know how gross chicken eggs are now but I used to love them before going vegan. So I’m always in search of amazing vegan egg products bc #justegg wasn’t enough. I’ve tried #wunderegg too and they’re good but the #yoeggs are out of this world amazing! My son and I tried the poached version first with some buttered toast and we both said “omg I’m in heaven”! The texture of the egg whites and the yolk are just like what I remember. Make sure to use the black salt they provide! They tasted better than chicken eggs. They tasted clean and don’t have any cholesterol. You can also eat these with Trader Joe's Taiwanese Green Onion Pancakes or ramen noodles. You get 4 in a pack for $7.99. Totally worth the price bc of how amazing they are. And yes I can inhale an entire bag! I really hope they start selling these at big retailers like #meijer and #kroger. I can’t wait for their new egg patty and boiled eggs to come out! #veganegg #poachedegg #egg #glutenfree #cholesterolfree
