Fresh mint. If you don't like plain water like me, it's always a nice natural,

healthy way of flavouring it.

👎 Sadly the plastic punnet is not recyclable which is very disappointing and I only noticed that when I got home.

Mint is a popular herb that can be used fresh or dried in many dishes.

Mint has antioxidant qualities and contains trace amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamins C and A. I grow mint in a clay pot on a balcony. Just snip a stem and plant in soil and soon you’ll have a sturdy display of this hardy herb. Great chopped and tossed with pineapple or in a smoothie.
