When I saw someone post these on the abillion app I dashed out to my

Woolworths to buy some. There were 3 left and now I am regretting not buying all of them 🙈😂. 5/5, these are so yummy. Wish there was a little bit more vegan cheese but I can’t wait to get more. Think Woolworths should also do a pack with 3 for on the go lunch 😂. We need some vegan sandwiches or sliders by the section for on the go lunch. These are great 👍 you have to try them if u see them

Another awesome new product from Woolworths. Ready to eat Bbq quinoa sliders with red quinoa,

butternut and kale sliders and bbq and dairy free cheese sauce. So awesome and can’t wait to get them again. Well done to Woolworths who are consistently adding to their already fairly large range of products aimed at vegans/vegetarians/ plant based folks. We appreciate it and please keep it up. Thanks so much 👌💚

Yay @woolworthssa for a vegan sandwich option at last! The quinoa patty is great -

firm, tasty and smells good. Unfortunately, there is almost no sauce in the slider, and with the thickness of the dry white roll, the taste, texture and satisfaction one expects biting into a slider are just not there. So if you take this to a picnic, braai or potluck, best also bring sauces. Hope they start selling the quinoa patties separately. 🤞🤞

Edit to add this protip: If you have an airfryer, add thinly sliced onion and

vegan cheese on the slider, let the slider crisp up for a few minutes in the airfryer and then add tomato sauce 😍😍

I was so hoping that Woolworths would make vegan savoury finger food options, so I was so excited to see the arrival of these sliders 🤩 they are pretty good, but also a little disappointing - it mentions BBQ and dairy-free cheese sauce, but it barely contains any of that (see photo 2 and 3 for reference). It’s almost like they put a decent amount of sauce on the sliders but then decided to scrape it all off, leaving just a bit of residue on the bun 😂 they are also a tad salty. Having said all of this, I enjoyed these sliders and I might buy them again and add a few of my own toppings. These are so great for picnics/parties/get-togethers with friends 👏🏻🍔

I saw these in the vegan isle and my first though was, why did the

put the beef sliders with the vegan products? Then I had a closer look and saw that the sliders are vegan!
They didn't taste that great cold (I couldn't wait), but taste really good once warmed up.
The sliders are made with red quinoa, butternut and kale with bbq and dairy free cheese sauce.
