I love the ease of slapping a protein on a salad when I have all

of ten minutes to prep my lunch and eat it. Flavored tofus like this one have become great fallbacks for times like this, and for when one of my kids (ehem, always my youngest) says “I don’t like what’s for dinner.” It’s easy, tastes good, and is a great source of protein.

Loved finding this at local health food shop as it’s nice to have on hand

when you need to put together a quick meal. Baked tofu can go on so much, including salads, tacos, fried rice, sandwiches, etc. #uplandspeak

Got this with one of the home meal delivery services. Tasted great as a banh

mi sandwich! No flavor but add soy sauce or teriyaki and it’s great!

Whole Foods has these on sale at about half price —so I bought two. I

like the firmness of Wildwood tofu. The teriyaki flavor is mild, but flavorful and not overly salty.
