Summer time = ice cream time🍨 I’ve discovered mochi last year when I was in

Berlin and a couple weeks later I found these mochi-wrapped ice cream bites! 🥭 It’s mango sorbet inside and chewy mochi outside. Simply let it thaw for 5 minutes (I know... what a pain lol) and it will have an amazing texture to be devoured. #pridemonth #mango

I’ve never tried mochi but this was delicious! Mango is one of my favourite flavours

so this was perfect for me, the ice cream tastes incredible, good consistency

This was a really tasty treat! The sweet mango sorbet and the sticky rice mochi

was a perfect combo. Amazing bite sized treats for a hot day. Found this at Aldi whilst visiting Ireland

I love mochi! The ice cream was nice and creamy and the mochi was chewy.

The only change I'd make would to make the mochi less sweet to contrast the sweetness of the ice cream. A little pricey for 6 but good for for an occasional treat.
