Thanks so much!😊 As far as I know, Miyoko’s  doesn’t have a feta offering & if they do, I haven’t tried it. In terms of which brand is best, I’ve tried a lot more Miyoko’s products than this brand, so I might have an unfair taste bias toward Miyoko’s. 😂 Still, I’ve pretty much loved everything I’ve had from both brands, though I do love that everything I’ve tried from Miyoko’s tends to have a fairly clean, short ingredient list. 😊👍

How do you cut your tomato like that? I consider myself competent at cooking at food prep, but I can't get them to slice like that and retain the seeds. I've tried super sharp knives, special cutters, varying degrees of ripeness and I just end up with the flesh 😢

Happens to me too (a lot). In this case, I had a ‘just ripe’ tomato-on-the-vine, a sharp knife & I cut it a little bit fatter than my preference (for that very reason - of hoping it would stay together). I’m thinking it might have to do with tomato type? Do you have tomatoes-on-the-vine in your area? If so, have you tried them? Moving forward, I’ll definitely be noticing the difference with the various tomatoes I buy, thanks! 😊

I really like vio life - as far as vegan cheese goes this is probs my favourite brand I’ve tried that is accessible in the supermarkets! My friend made me this lush avo toast with fresh tomatoes from the farmers market on crunchy fresh sourdough #avocado #vegancheese #veganfeta

🌍 I didn’t liked feta when I was onnivore, but I really liked this one. I put it in a salad with tempeh cherry tomatoes and rocket salad. It’s perfect for summer salads
