Potato Tortilla With Chickpeas & Onion

Tortilla di patate fatta con i ceci al posto delle uova. Onestamente buonissima. Probabilmente perché dentro ha una quantità di olio mai vista 🤣 in ogni caso mi sembra un’ottima alternativa alla “originale”. Peccato che la vendano solo in occasione del veganuary

Sapore buono, si sente poco la cipolla. Penso sia l’ideale per 2 persone perché è bella pesante 😅 #veganisnotscary #vegan

i remember the first time someone described to me a #tortilla they had eaten in spain. i was thinking . . . that's not a tortilla that's #quiche or an #omelette 😁 now i know. this #vegantortilla was very hearty. I browned it on both sides and melted some cheese on top with a little gochugang, fresh cracked pepper and a side of satsumas. i have made similar meals from scratch in muffin form, when i had my own kitchen. minimal packaging that held up in long walk home. purchased at #aldi 🦕 and a tree that seemed to be split in 3 - arguing with itself?
