i remember the first time someone described to me a #tortilla they had eaten in spain. i was thinking . . . that's not a tortilla that's #quiche or an #omelette 😁
now i know. this #vegantortilla was very hearty. I browned it on both sides and melted some cheese on top with a little gochugang, fresh cracked pepper and a side of satsumas.
i have made similar meals from scratch in muffin form, when i had my own kitchen.
minimal packaging that held up in long walk home. purchased at #aldi
