So, I was a bit daft with this one! After following the instructions, I realised it turned out to have a custard consistency and wouldn’t cook any further - I was hoping for a ‘scrambled egg’ in the end. How wrong I was! Anyway, I had to attentively read the front part that said it was a mere complement and not as I thought. Fortunately, I had some tofu that I’d bought from Checkers a while ago, yes, a while ago😂, then I mixed this ‘egg’ complement with the tofu, and oh! It was like real egg, and I’m talking about aromas and everything. Indeed, I would consider adding this product to pasta dishes as well, probably baked goods too, if I can get myself to bake something. Great stuff! Hope you get to try it too!

I had been looking for an egg alternative for a long time before coming across this product. It’s nice. It’s not my absolute favourite alternative for egg, but it’s definitely nice and the ingredients are organic and healthy. A lot of alternatives can be processed so this is lovely. The texture really depends on how you cook it. I have a feeling I haven’t been cooking it properly, but I think if you can get the texture right and cook it until it’s properly thick, it’s great! I use it on sandwiches. Definitely worth a try and it lasts for a good long while.
