The sashimi is made mainly of tapioca starch from the cassava root, flax- and rapeseed oil, water and a whole lot of plantbased love. Tastes a little fishy, though it doesn't have a predominant taste.

This stuff is amazing. It's not cheap, but salmon isn't cheap either of course. And considering how good it looks and tastes, the price isn't exorbitant. Still impressed by how they can make a plantbased product look and taste so genuine, minus all the hefty government subsidies, and still offer it at an accessible price. Big hip hip hooray for Vegan Zeastar and the products that will blow your mind. I'll use this again as topping for my poké bowl and will share a photo of the end result too. 😏😏
