This is frikkin GOOOOD. Brought to a pot luck by a friend, I defo had more than one slice… delish, light, fluffy!!
Reminds me of those cakes at primary school birthdays 😋 The actual cake could have some more flavour but all in all it was so yummy and I would definitely buy again. Around £4 at the vegan kind :)
I kind of wanted to dislike this, as the first bite I had was of the icing, which was way too sweet, and the second was of the sponge, which was a bit dry, but together they work quite well. Overall it’s still quite sweet, and I felt like more than a square would make me feel sick, so on the plus side it makes a good sharing cake. Marked vegan. #veganisnotscary
