Having Nasoya’s fresh wraps on hand makes it simple to put together sweet & savory delights in a snap. Today, I made little pear & pineapple hand pies. I’ve also made egg rolls & empanada type pies. Although I haven’t mastered the traditional egg roll shape – my ‘rolls’ tend to be rectangular, wonky & misshapen – no matter – they are delicious & the petite pastry sheets are fun to work with, too. I imagine kiddos would love packing them with their favorite fruit & veg fillings as well. & although this thank you is way past due, just want to say thanks so much @billysnow for your review of this product a while back, which got me hooked on experimenting with these! :)

These wraps are great for making homemade egg rolls and wontons, but we used them to make crispy "fried noodles". I'm sure this is not an authentic thing, but fried noodles is something every Chinese restaurant back home brings to the table before your meal. I've never seen these served in any other place we've lived outside of NY, so we occasionally make them at home, when we want a true take out experience. Fried noodles are always served with duck sauce and spicy mustard. I couldn't find either one of those locally so I served them with sweet chili sauce. #eggrolls #wontons #chinesefood
