Italian Wedding Soup

Got this #canned #soup that was so #quickandeasy to warm up and tastes great. It

is just the right amount of #chunks with #pasta and some #veggies. Overall great flavor and makes for an easy meal.

Can really taste the sodium in this. Added some nutritional yeast and soup crackers to

try and cover up the salty taste. This is the 3rd Upton product I’ve tried and haven’t cared for. Probably won’t be buying much more of this brand.

It was so awesome seeing that this product exists! I grabbed it because Italian wedding

soup feels nostalgic for me. Made with spinach, Italian seitan, ditalini, and tons of veggies and herbs, it’s a flavorful and complete dish. The swampy spinach isn’t entirely my jam, so I probably won’t get it again, but I’m glad there’s so much variety in the world for vegans now, and I definitely wouldn’t complain if someone made this for me if I was sick and needed a comfort soup ☺️

Always in my pantry. Grab it for road trip ms & also keep one in

my bag when visiting meat eaters. Has the easy lift up tab. Hearty. Has seitan in it!!
