You can make it a meal by adding beans and rice. They have delicious homemade salsas as well.
This one has #[tacosalpastor](hashtag-5f9b6f954889f4214a709045), the texture most reminded me of chicken, clearly a lot of thought and preparation has gone into this protein with lots of flavor and a great texture. Spicing and marinading al pastor takes time and thought and you can taste all the individual spices and adobo used for it. As a mexican who lived in Mexico and ate a lot of tacos vegan and not, this was a hit. It was very similar in flavor to what I remember al pastor being. The taco was served with diced white raw onion and cilantro.
