Earth Aloha Eats is a fully vegan food truck conveniently located near many major hotels in a food truck hub (so you can bring your friends or family who may be skeptical about vegan food). On another note, there is also a thai food truck across from then thay has a vegetarian section which can be easily veganized ♡
The menu is varied with tacos, bowls and burger/sandwich options 😻
I got a pulled pork sandwich on ciapatta bread. It was very full with the faux pork and cabbage slaw. Very filling and delicious!
