Regular Tofu

Buying vegan and organic products will make a difference. I like this firm tofu in

particular, for me it has a different taste than others (even tho it has no flavor 😅). I cook great teriyaki with vegetables and it tastes really good 😊

De toutes les marques, je trouve que c’est le tofu le plus ferme sur le

marché. La durée de conservation est exceptionnelle au réfrigérateur. Pour l’anecdote, j’avais un tofu de cette marque « expiré » depuis un an et demi dans mon frigo (acheté en décembre 2019, meilleur avant mai 2020, et cuisiné en mai 2021). Il était comme neuf et non, je n’ai pas été malade! Toujours se fier à ses sens avant de jeter un aliment.

This product is one of my favorite tofu to cook with. I really enjoy the

texture. It is firm and you can do anything you want with it : raw in salads, bake in the oven, fried... Marinade absorb well. I use it often in a lot of meal!
