These are a really cool freezer staple to have on hand from Trader Joe's. They're

super versatile and can be used in many different ways. I twisted mine and made little soy twist curls. They soaked up the teriyaki sauce and were a great addition to my rice and veggie bowl. These are also 15 grams of #protein per serving and have minimally processed ingredients. Like everything at Trader Joe's, they're also a great value and reasonably priced.

I wasn’t planning on using these tofu sheets by Trader Joe's the way that I

did! I thought I had enough soy chinks to make my spicy ceviche but I had run out! Luckily I remembered buying these and thought why not give it a go! I defrosted the sheets and cut them up with scissors into smaller pieces!
Came out perfect and mimics fish really well! That’s how my sister n law used to make it before I transitioned to plant based!

Will definitely get these again and try them in different dishes!
