These are a really cool freezer staple to have on hand from Trader Joe's. They're super versatile and can be used in many different ways. I twisted mine and made little soy twist curls. They soaked up the teriyaki sauce and were a great addition to my rice and veggie bowl. These are also 15 grams of #protein per serving and have minimally processed ingredients. Like everything at Trader Joe's, they're also a great value and reasonably priced.
