I wasn’t planning on using these tofu sheets by Trader Joe's the way that I did! I thought I had enough soy chinks to make my spicy ceviche but I had run out! Luckily I remembered buying these and thought why not give it a go! I defrosted the sheets and cut them up with scissors into smaller pieces!
Came out perfect and mimics fish really well! That’s how my sister n law used to make it before I transitioned to plant based!
Will definitely get these again and try them in different dishes!
