I like the flavor of the sauce. It’s balanced, not too sweet and not too salty. I love the texture of the noodles. I had never tried Chinese broccoli. It’s good. It does taste like broccoli but it’s tougher to chew.

Overall this was very good and an easy thing to bring to school and eat for lunch. I gave four stars for taste because the Chinese broccoli was bitter and mustardy, which is a flavor I hate. But, this is a personal preference and others may find it more enjoyable. The texture of the Chinese broccoli was also meh, but this is not surprising for a freezer meal heated in the microwave. The noodles and carrots were great in texture and flavor! It is not my favorite TJs freezer meal, but Iwould buy again. And of course, TJs is always affordable. I had this microwave meal as a lunch at work/school today. Overall it was good, but the broccoli was super bitter and unpleasant. Once I ate out all the broccoli though, the noodles 🍜 were soft, chewy and tasty and the carrots 🥕 were perfectly cooked, with a little crunch left to them. I also found that the oil settled to the bottom of the package, making the last few bites a bit too oily. Overall I would buy this again to bring to work as a quick meal, despite the bitter broccoli. 🥦 #thaifood #traderjoes #lunch
Really good complete frozen meal. The noodles and veggies are each good in their own way and together make a really good dish. The Chinese broccoli is tender and has a snap and the carrots add a crunch along side the chewy rice noodles. Very good and super convenient. #traderjoes #lazyvegan #padseeew #lazyveganmeal
