Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite veggies. They're so easy to season and roast up. When I got the Rebel Cheese Swiss fondue I thought hard about what I wanted to dip. Roasted Brussels sprouts came up and an option and I knew it'd be perfect! I cut these in half and roasted them with a bit of olive oil and black pepper in a cast iron skillet for about 30 minutes.
