I don't personally like this, but I have it on good authority that it is very good. It's taste is very bold and sharp. I ate this straight up, but it might be good shredded on nachos or even in a grilled cheese

My second favourite non dairy cheese brand. This company can do no wrong. Bold flavours, great texture. Love everything I have tried so far. Bought a bunch at #plantedexpo
The product is delicious. The appareance is great and i loved it.
The Bold Cheddah is reminiscent of a sharp, full-flavoured white English-style cheddar. I served it with crackers, although next time, I’d like to do something more creative with it. According to the company’s website: “Because they’re made naturally firm with oils, they melt and are very versatile: Slice when cold for crackers and sandwiches; Use as a creamy spread when softened to room temperature. Unfortunately it’s a little pricey.
Great cheese replacement tastes amazing has coconut oil and cashews in it.
