We had the “short rib” tofu pouch sushi. I haven’t had anything quite like it before. It was very tasty and came with a lovely sauce that I believe was carrot based. I’ll definitely have it again and try one of the other more
This was delicious, eggplant cooked to perfection. Cofu Chinatown is a beautiful space and the service was perfection.

My first time at Vegan Shoku in Vancouver. It’s a bit of a hike from home in North Vancouver. If I lived closer I would be eating here a lot! I love eggplant and this was probably the best dish I’ve ever tasted in a sushi more
Great flavour, just the right amount of taste of the sea. Lovely bread and nicely grilled. Looking forward to trying more of this menu.
Love the variety of ciders at the Cider House. I’ll always get a flight so I can eventually try everything. The strawberry early grey and watermelon were my favourite. I’m usually an IPA or white wine kind of girl; nice more
So this is very tasty but let’s face it, if it’s deep fried and salty it’s not exactly good for you. As an occasional treat of salty and crunchy deliciousness to be shared with 3 or 4 people it was perfect.
Why is this so good?? This is my go to snack but every time I buy it I almost consume the whole bag by myself! It’s got a great cheese like flavour from the nutritional yeast and the blend of oils used works so well. more
Discovered this lovely little cafe in Squamish, BC and it’s 💯 vegan! The decor is warm and cozy, the background music is spa like, it’s super clean and the lentil soup was very good. My friend had a delicious green tea more
