Tofu Pouch

We had the “short rib” tofu pouch sushi. I haven’t had anything quite like it before. It was very tasty and came with a lovely sauce that I believe was carrot based. I’ll definitely have it again and try one of the other flavours like mix mushroom or fresh veggie mix.
