Battered Vish

Delicious vegan fish, easy to prepare ,8 minutes in oven.😋 😀...

Very chewy and crunchy (a bit too much for my liking). Left some overnight in the fridge and it was slightly softer the next day, which I preferred. This resembled Chick’n bites with curry spice more than it did fish. Quite oily (airfryed, so no oil added). Added lemon juice and vegan-friendly fish spice. Although I didn’t try this with the recommended 1000 island sauce and coleslaw, I do think that is a great serving suggestion. This was not my favourite , a bit on the dry side , didn’t think it tasted anything like fish

Air fried these piece for 8 mins and served with mash and peas. Will definitely be buying this product again

An excellent battered vish from the vegan chef. Easy to warm up in the air fryer 👌💚
