I'm honestly not sure how to review this, since I didn't really try it as

it is. I made this vegan pie/cheesecake like dessert, which everyone liked, but I didn't, to be honest. Not sure if it was from the tofu or the recipe. Anyway, texture was ok, very much like other silken tofus I've tried. Nothing too special really. naturale. Penso sia pensato per preparazioni di dolci e altri piatti, ma io lo adoro anche così.

Taifun is up to now my favourite tofu brand. This silken tofu is good, even

if it is rather neutral in flavour. It is though very versatile and fits in both sweet and savoury recipes!

Used it to make a creamy pasta sauce, worked perfectly
